There are NO AUTHORIZED AGENTS who can modify,  imply, or make any changes to any of these policies.

Warranty on all Tuning Products :
All tuning products purchased thru SoCal Tuning will carry a lifetime warranty on performance chips, hand held tuners, and programmers as long as we, or the manufacturer does not see evidence of abuse, neglect, or physical damage in any way shape or form, and products that have not been discontinued by the manufacturer.
Warranty of all Performance hardware other than electronic tuning devices such as performance chips, handheld tuning devices, software, tuning systems, and programmers: All warranties will only carry a manufacturers warranty only and is subject to the specific manufacturers warranty and return policies. No exceptions.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with any warrantied items.

Returns of Tuning Products or Tuning Services:
All sales are final. Period.  There are no returns or refunds of kind with any tuning products ordered to include performance chips, hand held tuning devices, software, tuning systems, direct flash tuning, and programmers. No exceptions.
Returns of all performance related hardware other than tuning products:
Returns and refunds are subject to the manufacturers policies and are additionally subject  up to 50% additional restocking and handling fees from SoCal Tuning in addition to any other restocking and handling fees the manufacturer may require.

There are no refunds of any and all service related items to include, labor costs, tuning time, dyno tuning, road tuning, or shipping costs.
